Double Barrel-Aged Ensorcelled
This unique version of Ensorcelled has been in progress for quite some time and exemplifies the impact oak barrels can have on a beer. Double Barrel-Aged Ensorcelled was first extensively aged in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels before being transferred to Rye Whiskey barrels for further flavor development. In total, the beer spent a cumulative 26 months in oak, producing our most complex iteration of Ensorcelled to date. With notes of dark cherry, cacao nibs, maple syrup, and vanilla, Double Barrel Ensorcelled exudes decadence.
