Gifted Branch utilizes whole fresh Fiesta Gem Peaches and Golden Sweet Apricots to capture the juicy notes of fruit flesh and the floral aromatics of fruit skin. We packed as much fresh fruit as we could into oak barrels and let it condition on golden sour beer until it reached perfection. The innate stone fruit character expressed by our mixed culture provides the perfect canvas for the balanced, yet succulent flavors of the peaches and apricots.
