Our rye whiskey barrels are new charred American oak sourced from a local distillery located in the Bay Area. We aged golden sour with peaches in these freshly emptied barrels to retain their rich spirit character and extract the notes of toasty vanilla and clove. Vanilla bean and cinnamon were then added to emulate the decadent aroma of a fresh peach cobbler. Pleasantly smooth, this beer will satisfy your hankering for something sweet and spirit forward.
