Shades of Cool is a blend of golden sour beers aged in oak barrels with black currants. Fermented with a collection of yeast and bacteria, this sour beer highlights bright notes of mixed berries and tannins paired with undertones of lemon and orange zest.

* Due to the fruit content in this beer, there are more nucleation sites, which may cause this beer to foam up when you pop the bottle open. Simply have your glass ready to pour, and you'll be good to go!
